Speed up your metabolism

Listen to me very carefully right now. It doesn't matter what diet you choose, what miracles you were promised and how well you stick to it. If you won't work on your metabolism rate - you will stay fat. That's a simple true. If your metabolism is slow, then all the food you eat goes into your hips. 
Metabolism rate can not be changed overnight but with the right choice of meals you will be able to speed it up almost as much as you want. As this is is the main secret of my successful weight loss I started a series of articles on our main page where step by step I will explain to you how to get your metabolism rate much faster then right now. Fat Joe's big stomach and Hoodia

You will ask me what the hack is the title about. I know it doesn't make any sense right now but wait till I finish explaining.
Let's forget about all the people who get fat because of medical condition. 

Let's talk about average Fat Joe

Joe is fat because he eats too much. Actually much too much. But why is Fat Joe eating five times more then normal person while Fat Joe knows he is going to get even more fat? Because Fat Joe is hungry and hunger as we know is not a really nice feeling. We won't be talking about what to do next but about WHY Fat Joe is hungry when other people are not.     
It started long , long time ago when Fat Joe was depressed or bored and had few more pieces of chicken than usual. Then it happened again and again. Then Fat Joe started to need to have few more pieces of chicken not because he was bored or depressed but he was hungry. Like every part of your tissue - the stomach gets stretched. You shuffle more inside - it will try to accomodate it and it will get bigger.
When your stomach gets bigger it takes more food to fill it up and achieve the feeling of being full. 
So Fat Joe is not eating more and more because he is a fat pig. His stomach is streeeeched and big and demands more before it will say - enough - I'm happy. 
If Fat Joe eats quickly then he is accelerating the problem even more as the communication between his stomach and the brain is more like snail mail - it takes aproximately 15-20 min for his brain to get a "full" message from the stomach. By this time Fat Joe put another few pieces of chicken in his tummy not knowing that he was full already. More stretching - more pounds.
Fat Joe decides to lose weight now and he goes on the diet. All is fine except that he is hungry!

Take out the rubbish

Did you ever use the mincer? 
Hope so because you will remember all those leftovers you had to pick from inside after you finished mincing. Pieces of meat in every little corner whenever there was not a flat surface. 
Now imagine your insides. You are that mincer just a bit bigger. 
And this one wasn't cleaned for years. 
Your body is not perfect. It will build up waste inside as well. And that not only means few pounds more but your digestion is affected in a bad way as well. Your insides are clogged so they can not absorb the nutritiens in full. Part of them just  get's "flushed away". The only solution is to get cleaned from inside. 
Some people call it detox as a lot of build up toxins gets removed from your body together with your weight. The results are amazing and absolutely worth it. 
You lose some weight, your digestion improves and because all the absorbtion is great you get a boost in energy and feel great. There is several products on the market for internal detox. Some of them you can even buy in your local drugstore. Not all of them are the same quality and strenght. They need to be high in fibre and you rather should stick to natural products then to chemicals. I found one for you which is herb based. Starving your body

If you battle your weight for a while then it probably crossed your mind few times to starve yourself. That usually happen when we have some occasion coming up  in the short period of time and we want to look good quick. Unfortunately this weight loss approach is one of the worst you can choose. 
Several reasons. 
As I explained in several articles on our main page your body has a "brain" of it's own so it translates your starvation into food shortage and adjusts your metabolism accordingly. Next time you will have a bit more food it will not burn it the ussual way - it will put part of it on the side (your hips or butt) in case if the food shortage is going to happen again. 
The second problem with starvation is related to your body "brain" too. When the amount of energy you providing in food is lower then required your body needs to get the remaining part from somewhere. And here I have to dissapoint you deeply.
 
It will not burn fat!

First - the fat is treated as the pantry - storage for the time when there will be next food shortage. 
Second - the fat does not use your energy when you moving but muscles do - therefore your body will catch up on the  missing energy by burning your muscle tissue. This way it will achieve two results in one shot - get rid of tissue that requires fuel and create some energy to function. You may lose some weight but you will just become more floppy. And as you all know it takes much, much longer to build some muscles then add few flabs.
I hope I took your mind off starving yourself - short solution - long consequences.

A little cheating

I just found a great news for you guys. You know I'm always rambling about low GI food and how important for your success is to stick to it. And you know I'm right. But sometimes we all feel like breaking the rules and doing something BAD. So I found the way for you to cheat once in a while but do not gain pounds. When you have one of those days and have a meal full of carbohdrates which as you know is BAAAAAD for you and high GI - you can turn it into low GI by drinking glass of white wine with it. Of course the wine will have a bit of calories in it but it will slow down the digestion and sugar delivery to your blood so you will be fine.
Just remember - this is only for special occasions or grumpy days - don't try to cheat your way through everyday!
For all other times stick to low GI!
